Here’s the scenario. Biden appoints Kamala Harris to the Supreme Court, opening up the vice president’s job. Then he appoints Hillary Clinton or Michele Obama as veep. Then Biden resigns (everyone knows he’s not up to the job). Abracadabra, Hillary (or Michele) assumes the presidency.
Biden says he’ll appoint the Supreme Court justice in February. So, we shouldn’t have long to wait.
