“WASHINGTON, Jan 15 (Reuters) – The largest satellite provider in the United States said late Friday it will drop One America News, a move that could financially cripple the rightwing TV network known for fueling conspiracy theories about the 2020 election.”
I’m not surprised. Direct TV is owned by AT&T. In past years, I subscribed to AT&T cable. I had a basic cable subscription during the 2020 election season. As the season progressed, they started dropping networks – not just right leaning like Fox and OAN, but all the CSPAN networks and left leaning networks like MSNBC and CNN. Closer to the election, they dropped all but RT (the Russian network) and local stations.
I dropped all cable tv and pick up local stations from an over the air antenna, and get other news from the internet.
